Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry or pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle shredded vegan cheese, diced peppers, olives, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log shape, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the slices on the prepared baking sheet, brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
