- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Notes
- Ensure cookies are cooled before applying ganache for a smooth finish.
- You can refrigerate the ganache briefly for easier spreading.
