- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

- Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness and flavor.
- Add mini chocolate chips or nuts for variation.
