  • ¾ cup chopped pistachios
  • ½ cup honey (for drizzle)
  • ¾ cup chopped phyllo dough (optional for extra crunch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time. Mix in sour cream, honey, and vanilla.
