- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place in crockpot.
- Mix sweet chili sauce with soy sauce and pour over meatballs.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until meatballs are cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef. Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
