Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Mix sweet chili sauce with soy sauce and pour over meatballs.
