- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedges and chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in honey, lime juice, and soy sauce. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Slice the cooked chicken and toss with the honey lime sauce.
- Layer cooked rice on a plate, top with sliced avocado, and arrange chicken slices over the rice.
- Drizzle with extra sauce, garnish with lime wedges and cilantro, and serve.

- Adjust honey and lime juice to suit your sweetness and tang preference.
- Can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for variety.
