- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer seared chicken to crockpot.
- Mix heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic, then pour over chicken.
- Add cherry tomatoes on top.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender and sauce is creamy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine or red pepper flakes. Serve over rice or pasta for a complete meal.
