Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chicken cubes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add heavy cream and butter; stir until well combined.
- Mix in tortellini and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
