- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, spices, salt, and pepper, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, cook for another 5 minutes, until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
