- 1 package of cheese tortellini (9 oz)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to simmer, then add Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
- Add cooked tortellini and spinach to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with basil, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes or add cooked chicken or bacon for protein.
