Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
