- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press evenly into the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, corn syrup, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in chopped pecans, then pour the filling over the crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set and golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Optional: drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with additional chopped pecans.

- Chill bars before slicing for cleaner cuts.
- Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
