- 1 pound thinly sliced beef (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced green bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 low-carb bread rolls or wraps
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and peppers, cook until softened.
- Spread beef slices in the skillet, season with salt and pepper, cook until browned.
- Lay out the bread rolls or wraps and evenly distribute the beef mixture on each.
- Top with shredded cheese, fold or roll up to enclose the filling.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
Notes
- You can substitute green peppers with other colorful vegetables like red or yellow peppers.
- For extra flavor, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce or hot sauce.
