Instructions
- In a bowl, activate yeast with warm milk and sugar; let sit until frothy.
- Add melted butter, salt, and flour; knead until smooth and elastic.
- Allow dough to rise in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Divide dough into equal portions; flatten each and place on a baking sheet.
- Mix minced garlic with melted butter; brush over dough portions.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over each roll.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
