  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent, about 3 minutes.
  4. Pour in whiskey, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Cook until reduced by half, about 4 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream and Dijon mustard, stirring until sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 5 minutes until heated through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
