- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked egg noodles for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until translucent.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture to thicken. Pour in beef broth, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
- Reduce heat, stir in sour cream, and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot over cooked egg noodles, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, sauté mushrooms until golden before adding to the beef.
- Replace sour cream with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
