Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out each crescent dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread shredded turkey evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Spread cranberry sauce over the turkey layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese, parsley, and thyme on top.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, forming a ring, pinching seams to seal.
- Brush the dough with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
