Instructions
- Season the beef cubes with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the beef until browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley, or transfer to slow cooker to keep warm and infuse flavors.
