Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

- Reduce heat to low, then add cooked pasta, milk, and shredded cheese. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
