- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until softened.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the crock pot.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Stir in cooked pasta before serving. Top with cheese if desired.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
