  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add browned beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
  3. Pour in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, and seasonings.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
