- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add browned beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
- Pour in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, and seasonings.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Add uncooked macaroni, stir, and cook for another 30 minutes until pasta is tender.
Notes
- You can add shredded cheese on top before serving for extra flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve with crusty bread.
