- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 package pre-made pastry puff or bread dough

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the beef mixture into small balls or patties and set aside.
- Roll out the pastry dough and cut into squares large enough to wrap the beef balls.
- Place a beef ball in the center of each square, fold over, and seal edges to form a ball or pocket.
- Mix Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and remaining garlic to make a crust coating.
- Brush each dough ball with the garlic Parmesan mixture.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
