- 2 large onions, thinly sliced

- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sugar; cook, stirring occasionally, until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread caramelized onions evenly over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle shredded Gruyere and Parmesan cheeses on top of the onions.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
- Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
