- 12 small corn or flour tortillas

- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped lettuce

- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Spices: cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush tortillas lightly with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each tortilla with seasoned chicken, shredded cheese, and diced tomatoes.
- Return tacos to oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese melts and tortillas are golden.
- Top with lettuce, cilantro, onions, and salsa before serving.
