These Cranberry Cream Cheese Crescent Bites are a delightful and easy fall appetizer combining flaky crescent dough with sweet cranberries and creamy cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 package store-bought crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and cut into triangles or rectangles, as preferred.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and honey until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto each crescent triangle, add a few cranberries on top.
  5. Roll up the dough to enclose the filling, pinching edges if needed.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg for golden color.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary before serving.
