- 1 package store-bought crescent roll dough
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
- Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and cut into triangles or rectangles, as preferred.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and honey until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture onto each crescent triangle, add a few cranberries on top.
- Roll up the dough to enclose the filling, pinching edges if needed.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for golden color.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary before serving.
Notes
- Can be prepared a day ahead and baked just before serving.
- Use frozen cranberries if fresh are unavailable.
