- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour sauce over chicken and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Optional: Remove chicken and transfer sauce to a saucepan. Simmer and thicken with cornstarch if desired.
- Serve chicken over rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
- For thicker sauce, simmer after cooking in the crockpot.
- You can shred the chicken for tacos or rice bowls.
