- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (9-ounce) package cheese tortellini
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add chicken broth and minced garlic. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the slow cooker.
- Add tortellini and heavy cream to the slow cooker. Stir well.
- Cook on high for 20 minutes or until tortellini are tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, garnish with basil, and serve hot.

- You can substitute cooked shredded chicken for faster preparation.
- For a healthier option, use low-fat cream and cheese.
