A delightful recipe for soft cinnamon rolls filled with cheesecake and topped with strawberries, finished with a glaze.

  • 1 package of cinnamon roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • Glaze: powdered sugar and milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Roll out dough and spread cream cheese over it.
  3. Sprinkle with sliced strawberries.
  4. Roll up tightly and cut into slices.
  5. Arrange in baking dish.
  6. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon; pour over rolls.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  8. Mix powdered sugar with milk to make glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.

Notes

  • You can substitute blueberries or raspberries for strawberries.
