Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into squares or rectangles.
  3. Place a spoonful of pulled beef in the center of each pastry square.
  4. Brush the edges with beaten egg. Fold and seal to form puffs.
  5. Brush the tops with more egg wash for golden finish.
