- 1 pound cooked pulled beef
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley or thyme), chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into squares or rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of pulled beef in the center of each pastry square.
- Brush the edges with beaten egg. Fold and seal to form puffs.
- Brush the tops with more egg wash for golden finish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- You can add cheese or sautéed onions for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat at 350°F for 10 minutes.
