Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix pancake mix, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread pancake batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Layer cooked sausage over the pancake batter, then sprinkle with shredded cheese and green onions.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
