  • 4 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare pie crust by mixing flour, salt, and cold butter until crumbly, then add ice water to form dough. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out dough and cut into small circles for mini pie bases. Fit into muffin tins and set aside.
