Instructions

- Add in milk and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
- Mix in red gel food coloring and cocoa powder until evenly colored.
- Gradually add the cooled flour, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes before enjoying.
