Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut puff pastry into squares and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush pastry with beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Once cooled, spoon ricotta mixture into pastry squares, top with chocolate chips.
- Sift powdered sugar over the assembled squares before serving.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
