Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a round baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla; stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack.
- Arrange sliced fruits on top of the cooled brownie base.
- Warm the fruit glaze and brush it over the fruits for a shiny finish.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor and appearance.
