Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the Brie wheel in the center of the pastry.
- Spread honey over the Brie and top with sliced figs.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese, trimming any excess and sealing edges.
- Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with herbs and serve warm.
