- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 45-50 minutes until set. Cool completely before slicing.
- Optional: Drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
Notes
- Chill the bars for at least 2 hours for best results.
- Customize with nuts or additional toppings if desired.
