  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 45-50 minutes until set. Cool completely before slicing.
  4. Optional: Drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
