Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, and sesame oil to make the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, shredded carrots, purple cabbage, and shredded chicken.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Sprinkle toasted almonds and sesame seeds on top before serving.
Notes
