Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into uniform fries.
  3. In a bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread fries evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
