Instructions
- Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking spray or brush with oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

- For extra flavor, add herbs like thyme or rosemary to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- To make gluten-free, substitute all-purpose flour with rice flour and use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
