Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sweet corn, cheese, flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add beaten egg and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls or patties.
- Roll each piece in bread crumbs until coated evenly.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the bites until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
