- 1 pound spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, sour cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked spaghetti, 1 cup cheddar cheese, Parmesan, and crumbled bacon. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
- Use leftover cooked bacon for convenience.
- For a cheesy crust, broil for an additional 2 minutes.
