Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, sour cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cooked spaghetti, 1 cup cheddar cheese, Parmesan, and crumbled bacon. Mix well.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
