- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound (450g) cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in cooked chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and heated through.
- Add cooked tortellini to the sauce. Toss gently to coat.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- You can substitute cooked chicken with sautéed vegetables for a vegetarian version.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
