Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in lemon juice and zest, scraping up browned bits.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then stir in Romano cheese until melted.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating with the sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
