- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked chicken slices to the sauce, heating through.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked shrimp or vegetables for the chicken for variation.
- If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of pasta water to loosen it.
