  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and shred.
  3. In the same pot, sauté onions, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.
  4. Add shredded chicken back to the pot along with chicken broth, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
