Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  3. Add butter and cook until melted, then pour in chicken broth and milk bringing to a simmer.
  4. Add gnocchi and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted, then season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with crispy bacon and parsley.
