- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 beaten eggs
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix ground turkey, stuffing, cranberries, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs and eggs, mixing until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch balls.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry stuffing balls until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per batch.
Notes
Serve with cranberry sauce or gravy for extra flavor. For a healthier version, bake at 375°F for 20 minutes instead of frying.
