- 3 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 2 cups bread stuffing mix
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or prepare oil for frying.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, bread stuffing, cranberries, Parmesan, eggs, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet or into hot oil for frying.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
- Serve warm garnished with fresh herbs.

- Use freshly chopped cranberries for best tartness.
- Can be baked or fried based on preference.
