  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 cups prepared stuffing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded turkey, cranberries, stuffing, Parmesan, parsley, sage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add beaten eggs and breadcrumbs; mix until well combined.
  4. Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
