- 4 croissants, torn into pieces
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Spread torn croissant pieces evenly in the dish.
- Heat heavy cream and sugar until just boiling, then pour over chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
- Whisk eggs and vanilla in a bowl, then slowly mix into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the chocolate custard over the croissants, pressing down lightly.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and set.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and garnish with berries.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or a handful of chopped nuts.
- Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream or additional berries.
